It is very easy recipe to make eggless brownies. You can add anything like chocolate chips, any other nuts or dates and raisins according to your taste.
- 100 grams dark chocolate,grated
- 1/3 cups refined flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 130 grams butter
- 1 cup+1 and 1/2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup walnut kernels, chopped
Preheat an oven to 180 degree. Grease an eight-inch square cake tin.
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double-boiler, or in a large microwave-safe bowl, uncovered, in the microwave oven on high for one minute.
Beat in the sugar and vanilla essence and mix properly.
Fold it into sifted flour and mix gently and add walnuts.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Cut into squares ans serve.
