Vegetable curd salad is very nutritious salad. Excellent for those who desire to loose weight.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage-250 gms. cut length wise
  • Green onions- 2 cut length wise
  • Capsicums- 2 cut length wise (remove seeds)
  • Cucumber - 1 cut length wise

Method

Step 1

Mix all the vegetables and basic curd salad as prescribed in recipe for curd salad.

Step 2

Put salt according to taste and mix it.

Step 3

It should be serve chilled. For stiffness of leaves put it into icy water for some time.

Step 4

Vegetable curd salad is ready, Put a flower of green onion in the center and serve.
