Vegetable curd salad is very nutritious salad. Excellent for those who desire to loose weight.
- Cabbage-250 gms. cut length wise
- Green onions- 2 cut length wise
- Capsicums- 2 cut length wise (remove seeds)
- Cucumber - 1 cut length wise
Mix all the vegetables and basic curd salad as prescribed in recipe for curd salad.
Put salt according to taste and mix it.
It should be serve chilled. For stiffness of leaves put it into icy water for some time.
Vegetable curd salad is ready, Put a flower of green onion in the center and serve.
